A scholarship sponsored by the Peter J. Blosser Trust
The Raymond J. Pack Memorial Scholarships are awarded annually to deserving seniors at each Ross County High School and Vocational School. This scholarship is renewable for up to 3 years, as long as the recipient completes the renewal application and continues to meet the required qualifications.
This scholarship was established to honor and support students who have demonstrated resilience in the face of adversity by maintaining exceptional academic achievements, community service, and leadership qualities despite personal hardships.

Background
This scholarship program was established in memory of the late Raymond J. Pack, he was a Trustee to the Peter J. Blosser Student Loan Fund, and counselor/principal at the Pickaway-Ross Vocational School. His remarkable spirit and dedication propelled him to prominence as an area educator, transcending the physical challenges he faced.
Requirements
Requirements for the Raymond J. Pack Scholarship are as follows:
All application materials submitted must adhere strictly to the guidelines outlined above.
- Applicants must submit a personal hardship letter.
- Applicants must reside in Ross County
- Applicants are required to have a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Two letters of recommendation from teacher and/or mentor.
- The scholarship is open to high school seniors only.
